My Personal Immigration Story
“I am California attorney Fakhrudeen Hussain, and I truly understand the challenges you face when you come to America. I am more than just an immigration attorney; I am an immigrant myself.
I was born and raised in Sri Lanka. In 1986, I came to the United States to attend college on a student visa. After finishing college, I knew I would not have the legal status necessary to stay here permanently, so I sought out various companies to employ me and sponsor me. After some years and many struggles, I finally obtained my green card and, ultimately, U.S. citizenship.
One of the greatest challenges I encountered was the slowness of the immigration system. It took me seven years to become a legal resident. I can empathize with those who are frustrated at having to wait so long for legal status, even when they do everything right and obey all the laws.
In short, I know the struggles you are facing, and I am committed to helping you. Let me put my decades of legal experience to work for you. My mission is to make your dreams possible.
To set up a free consultation with me about any immigration or workers’ compensation matter, simply call me at 818-997-3700. You can also email me or walk into my Van Nuys office. If I am in the office, I would be happy to sit down and talk with you. I speak Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu.”
